As web developers of the past 15 yrs and moving into the commerce sector more prominently for the past 6yrs or so, we needed a solution that was not only robust but feature packed and easy for our clients to control their inventory, orders, customers etc.
When we looked around at commerce software, we had a few in the final running. However, after installing CS Cart on our server and testing for only a couple of days,we knew we had found the right solution that we could confidently offer to our clients.
We now have many clients stores using CS Cart between V3 & V4. The features - especially in V4 are what you would expect to find in software twice the price & ALL our clients love the admin interface and ease in which they can administrate the store, retrieve sales reports. Buyers love the fast optional guest checkout option making impulse sales much more common.
One overriding but often overlooked 'feature', is the support we get from CS Cart. We pride ourselves on the level of support we provide for our own clients and the CS team are every bit as good as we'd hope and more!
Nothing is EVER too much trouble if you encounter an issue or problem. Just submit a ticket and there they are to help. They will even 'get under the hood' for you to assist if need be.
They also have great user forums where, when starting out, many good people hang out with answers to any early questions. They've never let us down.
If you are looking for a good robust commerce solution offering plenty of features and great product support, then I'd highly recommend you invest in CS Cart.
In summary, I would recommend CS-Cart to a friend.
