Great platform if you never need to use their tech support

I've been running 2 stores on BigCommerce for over a year now. In the beginning, their customer support was fairly quick to respond to issues. This is no longer the case. I opened about 4 support tickets in the past 7 months. Each time it has taken longer and longer to get a response. I'm talking days. I'm not asking about cosmetic change like changing colors and such. I'm having issues with site functionality. My last support ticket was submitted on February 22nd because the checkout page was randomly accepting orders without retaining ANY billing info or the customers email address. Not kidding. Orders were coming through with the Ship To address and nothing else. Like I said, I submitted the ticket on February 22nd. It took 4 days to get an email back stating "We've escalated your case." I still hadn't heard anything by March 9th so I posted to their Facebook page. They responded with an apology and said they had re-escalated my ticket. A week later, I got an email thanking me for my patience, an explanation that they were experiencing issues within their support department (but those were fixed now) and that they would look into... In summary, I would not recommend Big Commerce to a friend.
