Run! The worst in tech support unless you pay for it. I tried to upgrade to V 5 but it was even worse! Seems that deliberate "bugs" are purposely written into the software so they have a reason to charge you for the updates and bug fixes. Will be changing to Volusion very soon. All of the functionality that you would have to spend literally hundreds of $ for with miva is already included , and they actually don't act like you are a bother to them if you have a question. Miva is lousy at best and now they have recently merged with hostasaurus and have already lowered their standards of customer service excellence. Very Sad."
In summary, I would not recommend Miva Merchant to a friend.
